Oh, no! My student did not show! Make-up session scheduled for next week! The struggles we must go through when our student is out, but we must move forward because the work must continue. Nobody wants to be left behind, and we do our best to keep on top of things, we just have to make sacrifices to succeed. In place of today's session I was able to do two pages of my addendum. I just took the information from the first case study, and with the help of the sample resource I was able to start my addendum. Looking forward to make-up session as well as session three next week!!

A Glimpse from ED644 - Spring 2009

Sorry that your student was a no show. I guess it's like we need them just as much as they need us. Hopefully things will turn for the better during next week's session:)
ReplyDeleteSorry, Mar...I felt so bad for you when your student didn't show up. But, at least your 2 addemdums ahead of us! :p
ReplyDeleteWay to get ahead in an area that you could! I know how it feels to have a no show, it's a bit demoralizing, but you'll get back on track soon enough. Keep hammering down letter sound correspondence, and you'll be in good shape.
ReplyDeleteMar, I'm glad that you're still positive and were able to still be productive. I hope next week turns out better for you and your student and you get a lot done. Maybe he wasn't feeling well and thanks to this rest he'll be ready to go, go, go next week!
